If you’re in for something spicier, the Spicy Rock Fish Tacos deliver a vibrant kick paired with fresh, zesty accompaniments.
Chicken and Waffles, while not seafood, showcases the kitchen’s flair for turning comfort food into a standout dish, marrying crispy, savory fried chicken with fluffy, golden waffles for a soul-satisfying combo. And don’t miss the Clams with Chorizo – a daring, mouthwatering fusion that captures smoky, spicy warmth in every bite.
The cocktail menu is equally enticing, featuring innovative libations like the Hibiscus & Habanero Margarita — a vibrant symphony of Hornito's Blanco tequila infused with hibiscus and fiery habanero peppers, balanced by triple sec, fresh lime, and pineapple juice. The Oregon Berry Drop offers a luscious blend of Rose City Marionberry vodka and fresh blackberry puree, delivering a refreshingly smooth sip with just the right hint of tartness.
For those looking to bring a bit of Seasons & Regions home, their frozen soups—especially the famed Smoked Salmon Chowder, a velvety New England-style cream chowder reimagined with Oregon-smoked salmon—are perfect comfort food parcels that carry the essence of the restaurant’s hearty flavors.
Families are warmly welcomed too, with a thoughtfully designed kid’s menu featuring favorites like Fried Chicken Little Bites, Kid's Fried Chicken Dinner, and Kid's Fish & Chips, all serving up generous portions of familiar, comforting tastes to please young palates.
Customers who’ve dined here often mention the fresh, vibrant flavors and generous portions, with many spotting hidden gems like razor clam strips that are both tender and satisfyingly crunchy. One guest recounted the “best razor clam strips” they’ve ever had, while another raved that the Pacific Sole was “absolutely fantastic,” praising the quality and value. The inviting ambiance makes it a go-to local spot, although savvy diners do advise making reservations and requesting booths to maximize the cozy vibe.

Hello, I am happy to say this local SW Portland restaurant serves up tasty fresh, classic seafood dishes, so if Dover Sole Parmesan sounds amazing it's well worth a visit. I highly recommend reservations, and be specific if you want an inside booth. I say this because the restaurant is really two different environments; Inside is a cozy Seafood Grill with some nice booths, and the outside sunroom is Mo's-like. Very different ambiance and dining experience. The service you can expect; Friendly, knowledgeable, medium responsiveness. The menu is incredible and offers seafood lovers a wide range of choices, and the cheap eats menu is also great! Food will be well prepared and maybe the best seafood you've had or not, but the Vegas odds are that you'll enjoy your meal. Seafood lover ? I encourage you to put Seasons on your list
If you are looking for an intimate place that serves great local seafood, this is it. They were quite busy for a Friday night and were spot on with service in the beginning. After food got served, she didn't check in right away and bill took a while but it may have been her break time....either way it was almost 30 minutes before we found her to ask for the bill. We will be back to have more of the dishes.
So so good. I'm sad it's taken us so long to find this gem. We had the basil focaccia and fried razor claws to start which were both superb. The fried razor clams were tender and crunchy, the best I've ever had. We then shared the NW sampler, the crab cake and fried rockfish were flavorful and crunchy. The salmon with pineapple salsa and roasted veggies were also amazing. 10 stars! We are already planning our next trip back to bring the family. Excellent meal and service!!!
Was in town for work and wanted some good seafood. Got great seafood, not good, at Seasons & Regions. Had the razor clam strips for an app and then the Pacific Sole for my entree…..both were absolutely fantastic! Very good portion size so well worth the money. If and when I’m back in the area, will definitely visit it again
Was dining alone and was able to walk in and get an actual table at 5pm on a Saturday which was nice. Ordered a cocktail and unfortunately it didn’t arrive until after my food. Speaking of the food I got the cioppino and it was delicious! Came with two big pieces of cheesy garlic bread and had lots of seafood. Chocolate mousse pie for dessert was everything you could hope for. If I lived near here I would be a regular!
Our party of four enjoyed a great meal at Seasons and Regions. The crab cakes were delicious with big chunks of crab which was so sweet and flavorful. The 3 shrimp linguine was delicious too. The broth was light and tasty and the shrimp were tender and well cooked. The Parmesan encrusted sole was very good and the portion size was very generous. The rockfish was not really to our taste. It was a little tough and the vinegar taste was strong . The sampler’s platter was a big hit. Everything was fresh and hot just note this platter is for someone with a big appetite!
I have opinions about this place. And they’re truly glowing. We have been coming regularly now for some time, and I have to say that as time goes on, I like it better and better. It’s on my short list of favorite Portland area restaurants. My regular go to entree is the Cioppino. And every single time I get it, it’s abundant and it just makes my heart warm. I’ve tried Cioppino from several different restaurants and I’ve had a range of experiences. Not all of them good (**cough** Ivar’s **cough**) But this place makes consistently the best Cioppino of anywhere I know! The tomato broth is savory and rich, and the dish comes with plenty of fish meat and mussels that have absolutely no briny aftertaste. Like it’s clear that the meat is fresh and very well prepared. And I happily clean that bowl out! The crab and halibut cakes are also a delight! Razor clams are great too when they’re around. The focaccia is an inviting start. This place has a well earned reputation for a reason. They set the bar so high. The dining space itself is pretty tight though but funnily enough, these kinds of places also are along the best given how unassuming they appear from the outside. Yesterday was a sublime dinner meal. It made my week. And I can’t wait to come back and have it all over again! Anybody who is in the area looking for the best that Portland has to offer, absolutely make this a place to go. I promise you will be pleased as much as I was!
Made a reservation for dinner and we were promptly seated in a promised booth. We ordered a few different appetizers and entrees. The Cajun Calamari was very good, wish the Jalapenos had more zest in them though. The Halibut tater tots were great as well. Ceviche was just ok. Not worth it in my opinion. The scallop and shrimp risotto was really good, especially the scallops were perfectly cooked. The crab and shrimp cake was good. So overall, good food, kind of an upscale place, so prices are high, but can be tried once.
